| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨疼痛护理对癌痛控制的影响。方法:对156例晚期癌症患者在治疗和护理前后进行疼痛评估。结果:经过合理有效的按阶梯给药止痛和全面疼痛护理,患者疼痛得到明显缓解,有效率达94.2%。结论:通过有效的药物治疗、心理护理、疾病宣教、和谐环境、饮食护理等,药物止痛和全面疼痛护理充分结合,使癌痛治疗有效率明显提高,并及时恰当地预防、处理了药物不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence pain-nursing in treating cancerous pain . Methods Pain was evaluated before treatment and nursing and after doing these in 156 late cancer patients. Results The effective rate were 94.2%, The effective rate were obviously improved by effective drug treatment and adequate pain-nursing.Conclusion Through effec- tive drug treatment, psychological nursing ,disease education,harmonious environment,diet nursing and soon,the cancer pain treatment effectiveness was obviously improved by the effective drug treatment and the comprehensive ache nursing full union, and promptly appropriately prevented, has processed the occurrence which the medicine responded not good,it is worth the clinical promotion. |
