增压中冷压燃式发动机燃用柴油醇的十三工况排放特性

摘    要:在应用自行研制的助溶剂解决了乙醇与柴油相溶性问题的基础上,进行了增压中冷压燃式发动机燃用E10柴油醇十三工况排放特性的试验研究。结果表明:与燃用0#柴油相比,燃用E10柴油醇的排放污染物HC、NOx、PM和SOF的比排放量有所增加,CO和DS的比排放量有所减少;中小负荷工况分担率的增加导致了多种排放污染物比排放量的增加;乙醇的高汽化潜热使缸内温度变低是比排放量增加的主要原因。提高中小负荷的进气温度可以适当提高缸内温度,从而降低CO、HC、PM和SOF的比排放量,但NOx比排放量会有所增加。

ECE R49 13-mode exhaust emissions from turbo-charged intercooled CI engine fueled with diesohol
Abstract:The exhaust emissions from a turbo-charged and intercooled compression ignition engine fueled with the E10 diesohol(10%m alcohol+90%m diesel, and the necessary solubilizing agent was added to assist their mutual solubility) were measured according to the ECE R49 13-mode test cycle. The results show that the brake specific emissions of HC,NO_x, PM and SOF from the engine using E10 are higher than those using diesel fuel, while the brake specific emissions of CO and DS are lower. The reason for emission deterioration from the diesohol operation is the emission contribution rates increase at low-to moderate loads which may attribute to decrease of in-cylinder change temperature. Increasing the intake temperature at low-to moderate load operating conditions may compensate the temperature drop caused by the ethanol vaporization in the cylinder, leading to the decrease of brake specific emissions of the CO, HC, PM, and SOF, but with increase of the NO_x emission.
