摘    要:某石化公司的催化裂化装置分馏塔顶冷却系统在生产过程中存在塔顶冷却系统压降大,冷却后终温过高的问题,通过使用PROII和HTRI软件进行模拟计算,合理优化冷却系统的流程排布来达到适合的冷却终温,保证装置的平稳运行,并可降低装置能耗,带来一定的经济效益。

Abstract:The main fractionator overhead cooling system of FCC plant in a petrochemical company experienced high pressure drop and high heat exchanger outlet temperature during practical production,directly resulting in overload of wet gas compressor and high energy consumption, becoming the bottleneck for production capacity enhancement. Using PROII and HTRI software to conduct process simulation, optimizes cooling system layout to achieve proper heat exchanger outlet temperature, reducing plant energy consumption, increasing economic benefit and ensuring plant stable operating.
