浮法在线Low—E玻璃镀膜区的设计及改造

摘    要:简要介绍了浮法在线低辐射镀膜玻璃(Low—E玻璃)的性能、生产工艺特点,以及在线Low—E玻璃镀膜工艺对镀膜区的工艺要求,论述了满足浮法在线Low—E玻璃工艺要求的镀膜区-锡槽尾端和退火窑AO区的设计和改造方法。

Abstract:The performance, technical features of Low-E glass and the technical requirements of coating area of Low-E glass on float glass line were discussed. The design and improvement scheme of coating area, end of the tin-bath and AO region of the lehr, were also described for meeting the technical demands of producing Low-E glass.
