摘    要:对肝CT序列图像进行自动分割、提取肝脏边界,有利于提高临床诊断的速度和准确性。本文在分析肝脏CT序列图像特点的基础上,设计并实现了基于遗传算法的分割方法,成功地实现了肝脏边界的自动提取。实验结果表明,这种算法非常有效,其提取结果和实际肝脏边界完全吻合。

Abstract:The automatic segmentation of liver CT images and extraction of liver contour can help us to improve the speed and accuracy of clinic diagnosis. In this paper, we analysed the characteristics of liver CT images, designed the segmentation method based on genetic algorithm and realized the extraction of liver contour successfully. The results showed that genetic algorithm is very effective, but it also has some disadvantages which need to improve.
