高温热处理红松和橡胶木的尺寸稳定性及涂饰性能

摘    要:利用氮气作为保护气,对红松及橡胶木在氧气质量分数小于2%的环境中进行高温热处理。通过FTIR、XRD及尺寸测量等方法对热处理后红松及橡胶木各项性质进行表征,研究了不同处理温度下红松和橡胶木的尺寸稳定性变化及油性漆、水性漆和木蜡油涂饰后的性能变化,分析了不同处理条件下红松及橡胶木涂饰后耐干热、耐湿热、附着力、耐磨性、铅笔硬度的变化趋势。分析结果表明:热处理温度对木材干缩性和湿胀性有显著的影响。在120~220℃的范围内,红松及橡胶木的全干干缩率和气干干缩率均随着处理温度的提高而降低。随着热处理温度的升高,木材径向和弦向干缩率明显降低。此外,木材经过高温热处理后,其表面接触角增加,润湿性降低。涂饰后的红松及橡胶木漆膜性能结果分别符合国家标准GB/T 4893.2—2005、GB/T 4893.3—2005、GB/T4893.4—2013和GB/T 4893.8—2013的一级或二级要求。

Abstract:We studied the effect of different temperature and time on the dimensional stabilities of Pinus koraiensis and Rubber wood treated by high temperature with using nitrogen as protective gas under the atmosphere with oxygen content less than 2%.Then,we analyzed the effect of different temperature and time on the dry heat resistance,damp-heat resistance,ad-hesion,wear resistance and pencil hardness of these two kinds of heat-treated wood after coated with oil-based paint,wa-ter-based paint and wax oil.The results showed that the heat treatment temperature had a significant effect on the wood di-mensional stabilities.In the range of 120℃-220℃,the full drying shrinkage and air drying shrinkage of P.koraiensis and rubber wood all showed a very regular decrease with the increase of treatment temperature.Also,the radial and tangential shrinkage decreased significantly with the increase of temperature.In addition, the surface contact angle increased while the wettability reduced after heat treatment.The film performance of heat-treated P.koraiensis and rubber wood could meet the requirements of Chinese national standards(GB/T 4893.2-2005,GB/T 4893.3-2005,GB/T 4893.4-2013 and GB/T 4893.8-2013)Grade 1 or 2.
