宜昌客车整备所生产污水处理探讨

通过对宜昌客车整备所生产污水的处理，根据生产工艺流程，其生产污水主要有冲洗客车的含油污水及育电作业中产生的少量酸、碱污水，基污染物主要有漂浮油、分散油及部分乳化油，并根据污染物性质，就其处理的基本原理及理论，提出一套污水处理的工艺流程。对含油污水采用调节隔油沉淀池－混凝气浮工艺，并根据“浅池沉淀理论”设置波纹板，以提高油的去除率，对酸、碱污水采用中和池投药方式。并详述处理工艺的特点。

A Probe of Polluted Industrial Wastewater Treatment in YiChang Passenger Coach Preparing Station

According to the features of the YiChang passenger coach preparing station,the paper analyzes the types of the wastewater,which include oil bearing wastewater,acid alkaline wastewater,and the key elements of the wastewater floated oil,scattered oil,some emulsified oil.Then according to the characters of the above mentioned wasted materials and relevant theories,a kind of technological process to harness the wastewater is put forward.As far as the oil bearing wastewater is concerned,it is possible to facilitate ajusted sedimentation oil separator flocculation and floatation.As far as the acid alkaline wastewater,we propose neutralization that is to drop some drugs into it.In the end the paper analyzes the technological process,special features and its priorities.
