江苏油田注CO2强化采油的防腐工艺研究及应用

摘    要:针对CO2强化采油的具体条件,对高CO2分压、高 矿化度条件下CO2腐蚀的规律进行了探索,对缓蚀剂IMC-871-G在各种温度、压力条件下的使用效果进行了实验.在CO2强化采油矿场实验中综合运用了各种CO2防腐措施并取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The CO 2-induced corrosion behavior of piping steels in high salinity sewage under high CO 2 partial pressure was studied.The effectiveness of corrosion inhibitor IMC-871-G at different temperature and pressure was also examined.A number of corrosion control methods were adopted in field tests of CO 2 aided EOR process,and the results indicated that those methods were efficient.
