1Cr13不锈钢连铸坯与模铸坯轧材内部质量差异探讨

简述了我公司生产1Cr13不锈钢轧材情况,对比1Cr13不锈钢连铸坯与模铸坯轧材的内部质量差异,重点围绕轧材内部质量差异较大的炉号作了分析对比,对造成差异的原因进行探讨,发现1Cr13不锈钢连铸坯轧材内部质量问题主要原因是由连铸坯的缺陷、轧制过程中较小的压缩比和1Cr13不锈钢的化学成分造成的,对此提出改进意见。
