摘    要:为满足碳纤维复合芯高温拉伸实验过程中实验条件并保证加热控温精度和数据准确性,对加热炉进行了改造升级。结果表明,改造后的加热炉在温度精确控制方面得到很大提升,有效模拟检测了导线芯在高温下的力学性能。此加热炉可应用于碳纤维复合芯的高温拉伸实验。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements for the precision of temperature control and data accuracy during high temperature tensile test, a new kind of high-temperature furnace was developed. The results showed that the temperature control accuracy was increased greatly after upgrading. The physical properties can be truthfully tested. High-temperature furnace has been successfully applied on high temperature tensile test.
