早期综合性康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者预后的影响

目的 观察早期实施综合康复护理干预措施对脑卒中偏瘫患者预后的影响.方法 将80例急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组均遵循脑卒中常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合康复护理干预,比较两组肢体功能及日常生活能力恢复情况.结果 观察组肢体功能康复和日常生活能力恢复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05））.结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期综合性康复护理干预,可有效促进患肢功能恢复,最大限度地恢复日常生活能力,明显改善患者预后.

Influence of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prognosis of hemiplegic patients after stroke

Objective To observe the influence of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions on the prog- nosis of hemiplegie patients after stroke. Methods 80 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were with conventional stroke treatment and nursing, and the observation group was added with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions on this basis. The recovery of limb function and activity of daily living（ADL） in the both groups were compared. Results The limb function rehabilitation and recovery of ADL in observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on hemiplegic patients after stroke can effectively promote the limb functional recovery, maximize the recovery of ADL and improve the prognosis significantly.
