摘    要:为改善柴油机冷启动性能和冷启动排放,提出了一种用PTC材料内置喷油器加热柴油的方法.结合MSP430F149高性能数据采集系统,开发了PTC材料加热柴油的动态温度测试系统,并对其软件和硬件电路进行了详细的阐述,给出了测试结果.

Abstract:In order to improve the cold-start performance and emissions of diesel engine, this paper presents a way to use PTC material heating diesel fuel in the injector. A dynamic temperature testing system combined with the MSP430F149 data acquisition system is developed for PTC material heating diesel fuel. Especially, the corresponding software and hardware circuit are explained. And also the testing results are presented.
