电针配合健腰操治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察电针结合健腰操治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法采用多中心随机对照的方法，将260例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组，观察组129例，对照组131例，均行电针治疗，观察组增加健腰操锻炼，观察两组治疗后恢复情况并进行对比。结果观察组治愈73例，显效45例，无效11例，治愈率为56．6％，总有效率为91．5％：对照组治愈56例，显效52例，无效23例，治愈率为42．7％，总有效率为82．4％，两组治愈率、总有效率比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针结合健腰操治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效理想。

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Waist-strengthening Exercises in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus waist-strengthening exercises in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A multicenter randomized control method was used. Two hundred and sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to two groups, an observation group of 129 cases and a control group of 131 cases. Both were treated with electroacupuncture. The observation group received waist-strengthening exercises in addition. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after treatment and compared between them. Results Of the observation group, cure occurred in 73 cases, marked effectiveness in 45 cases and ineffectiveness in 11 cases, with a cure rate of 56.6% and a total efficacy rate of 91.5%. Of the control group, cure occurred in 56 cases, marked effectiveness in 52 cases and ineffectiveness in 23 cases, with a cure rate of 42.7% and a total efficacy rate of 82.4%. There were statistically significant differences in the cure rate and the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus waist-strengthening exercises has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
