对二乙氨基苯甲醛合成工艺研究

探讨了用苯作溶剂,利用维斯迈尔反应（Vilsmeier）合成对二乙氨基苯甲醛的工艺,用苯代替DMF作溶剂,苯可循环利用,降低生产成本,减少环境污染.采用本法合成的产品纯度高,原料利用充分.通过正交试验,考察了原料配比、加料次序、加料速度等对反应收率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件,为工业生产提供了可靠的依据.

Study on Synthesis ofp-diethylaminobenzaldehyde

p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde is prepared by Vilsmeicr method, using benzene as solvent instead of DMF, it decreases the cost and the pollution because benzene can be reused. The product is of high purity and the materials are fully used. The effect factors of reaction, such as the proportion of materials, the order and rate of adding materials have been studied, and the optimum conditions of the reaction are given, which are credible for industrial production.
