摘    要:吉林石化公司于2005年开展了提高乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502聚合转化率的研究,通过系统的实验研究,完成了小试技术开发,形成了70%转化率乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502小试新技术。2006年11月,根据70%转化率乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502小试技术成果,吉林石化公司对有机合成厂丁苯橡胶B、C线进行了技术改造,并在C线上进行了提高乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502聚合转化率工业化试验。工业化试验表明,70%转化率SBR1502生产运行平稳,聚合转化率达到预定的(70±2)%,聚合时间在10~11h,产品质量经有机合成厂分析车间检测全部达到了优等品标准,取得了大生产试验的成功,形成了70%转化率丁苯橡胶SBR1502生产新技术。

Abstract:70% Monomer conversion new technique of emulsion polymerized SBR1502 was developed by systematical small-scale test investigations in the SBR unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company in 2005, and then industrialization experiment of increasing monomer conversion of SBR1502 was performed in November 2006 in the SBR unit C line. The results showed the production operation for 70% monomer conversion new technique was stable and smooth, the polymerization time was 10~11h when monomer conversion reached (70±2)%, and all the properties of the product can meet the specification of superior product. The results indicated that the industrialization experiment was successful, and 70% monomer conversion new technique was thus formed.
