摘    要:目的探讨解脲脲原体感染与男性不育症的关系以及其对不育症患者精液检查结果的影响。方法对2017年5~10月于大理大学第一附属医院就诊的362例男性不育症患者和同期于我院进行健康体检的100例已生育男性精液的解脲脲原体感染情况、精液常规情况、血清抗精子抗体情况以及精子DNA碎片化指数进行检测和分析。结果不育组解脲脲原体阳性率为39.0%,显著高于对照组(P0.05);对照组解脲脲原体阴性者的精液常规检查结果明显优于不育组解脲脲原体阳性者(P0.05);不育组UU阳性者血清抗精子抗体检出率(38.3%)和DNA碎片化指数(14.9%)显著高于对照组UU阴性者(P0.05)。结论解脲脲原体感染可通过降低男性精液质量、诱导抗精子抗体产生和损伤精子DNA完整性而影响男性的生育功能。

Analysis on ureaplasma urealyticum infection and semen test results in male infertility patients
Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum infection and male infertility and its effect on semen test results of infertility patients. Methods The ureaplasma urealyticum infection, semen routine condition, serum anti-sperm antibody, and sperm DNA fragmentation index were detected and analyzed in the semen from a total of 362 male infertility patients who were diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from May to October 2017 and 100 males who had children and had undergone physical examination in our hospital during the same period. Results The positive rate of ureaplasma urealyticum in the infertility group was 39.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The results of routine examination of semen in the patients with negative ureaplasma urealyticum in the control group were significantly better than those with positive ureaplasma urealyticum in the infertility group (P<0.05). The detection rate of serum anti-sperm antibody(38.3%) and DNA fragmentation index (14.9%) were significantly higher in the patients with positive UU in the infertility group than in the negative UU in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum infection affects male reproductive function by reducing the quality of semen, inducing anti-sperm antibody production and impairing sperm DNA integrity.
