热连轧自适应穿带模型的研究及应用

摘    要:攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司热轧板厂三期技术改造后,精轧设定模型精度受粗轧中间坯厚度、宽度和温度等参数影响较大,造成轧制参数预报精度下降,为此,于2007年采用精轧自适应穿带模型对轧制力、辊缝、轧制速度进行补偿,提高精轧设定模型对轧制力、出口厚度等轧制参数的预报精度.

Abstract:After the third phase reconstruction of Hot Rolling Plate Works in Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Co., accuracy of finishing rolling mathematic model was greatly affected by thickness and width of intermediate slab blank, temperature and so on, and forecast precision of rolling parameters was decreased. In order to compensate rolling force, gap and roiling speed, and improve forecasting ac-curacy of roiling force and exit thickness with finishing rolling mathematic model, finishing rolling a-daptive strip threading model was adopted in 2007.
