摘    要:在分析新一代GPS标准体系(NGGPS)基础理论的基础上,研究NGGPS与典型CAx之间的关系,指出通过NGGPS标准体系将产品各个阶段的特征信息进行一系列操作,获取相关模型信息,能够有效地把各个CAx子系统连接起来。在此基础上对比满足技术要求的中间件开发策略、完全独立开发策略和二次开发策略,选择在Pro/E中二次开发NG-GPS功能模块的集成方式,实现系统平台三个功能模块(公差、工艺和检测认证)的设计,使产品设计者在设计之初就考虑到检测要求,最后通过一个实例运行验证系统的可行性,为NGGPS在制造业中的应用提供新思路。
