| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺和生态环境恶化已经成为经济社会可持续发展的重要制约因素。参考目前国内外治水思想的发展现状,结合北京市清河治理工程实践,将体现现代治水思想的洪水资源化管理、雨水利用、近自然综合治理等理念用于清河治理工程,并对新的治河理念和治河模式进行了探讨、归纳和总结,为北京乃至全国城市河流的治理提供示范与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Water shortage and ecological environment deterioration have been a vital constraint factor. From the current development situation of concepts of domestic and overseas river management, combined with the practice of Qing River management, the new river management concept and mode have been summarized by applying such concepts as flood resources management, rain utilization, nearly natural integrated governance. It could provide reference for river management in Beijing and even the whole country. |
