摘    要:在开发铸钢件凝固过程三维位移场数值模拟有限元程序时 ,对准固态区间用粘弹塑性模型 ,固相线以下用弹塑性模型的本构关系 ;用初应变法计算温度载荷 ;用增量变刚度法求解位移场。对实际铸钢件凝固过程的位移场进行计算 ,模拟结果与理论分析一致 ,本研究工作是进一步模拟分析应力场和进行热裂预测的基础

Abstract:The numerical simulation finite element program of 3 D displacement field during solidification of steel castings has been developed in this paper. In the calculation, the visco elastic plastic model is applied in the semi solid temperature interval and the elastic plastic model is applied in the region of solid phase; The initial strain method is used to calculate the temperature load; the unknown displacement is solved by applying the increment stiffness changeable method. Satisfactory simulation results have been achieved. This analysis is a basis of the simulation of stress field and a prediction of hot tearing during solidification of steel castings.
