摘    要:采用小试规模的厌氧折流板反应器(Anaerobic Baffled Reactor,ABR)在常温下处理人工模拟废水,初始CODCr浓度为300mg/L,依次递增300mg/L以增加容积负荷,直至CODCr浓度为3000mg/L研究其运行状况。结果表明:好氧污泥与厌氧污泥颗粒混合接种可以使ABR反应器成功启动;处理CODCr浓度为300-600mg/L的废水时,出水可达到国家综合排放二级标准,处理CODCr浓度为2100-2700mg/L废水时,最高去除率可稳定在90%左右,接近二级排放标准。因此,利用ABR处理低浓度城市生活废水或作为较高浓度城市生活废水的前处理工艺,具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:Artificial wastewater was treated by anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) in a small-scale test at room temperature. The concentration of CODCr which was gradually increased from 300 mg/L to 3000 mg/L, upgraded the organic loading. The results indicated that anaerobic baffled reactor could be started successfully with the aerobic sludge and anaerobic sludge mixed together. When the CODCr, of wastewater ranged from 300 mg/L to 600 mg/L, the treatment effect could meet the second level of integrated wastewater discharge standard when the concentration of CODCr ranged from 2 100 mg/L to 2 700 mg/L, the highest removal rate could be stabilized at 90 %, closing to the second level of integrated wastewater discharge standard, Therefore, there was a feasibility that anaerobic baffled reactor could be used to deal with urban domestic wastewater of low concentration or of the higher concentration as a pretreatment process.
