摘    要:稠油是我国重要的石油资源,稠油开采能耗是普通原油开采能耗的2~3倍,提高油田注汽系统运行效率是油田节能降耗的一项重点工作,本文通过具体实践案例,介绍了运用系统工程原理和过程分析方法,找出油田注汽系统存在的影响能耗降低矛盾和问题,进而采取一体化节能优化措施,提升了注汽系统运行效率,减少了不必要的能源消耗和浪费。

Practice and Effect Analysis of Integrated Energy Saving Optimization Transformation of Oilfield Steam Injection System

Abstract:Heavy oil is an important oil resource in China,and the energy consumption of heavy oil recovery is 2-3 times of that of ordinary crude oil recovery.Improving the operation efficiency of oilfield steam injection system is a key work of energy saving and consumption reduction in oilfield.This paper introduces the application of system engineering principles and process analysis methods through specific practical cases,finds out the contradictions and problems existing in Oilfield steam injection system,and then takes corresponding measures,the integrated energysaving optimization measures improve the operation efficiency of steam injection system and reduce unnecessary energy consumption and waste.
