| 摘 要： | 线状缺陷是冷轧板常见的表面缺陷之一,严重影响冷轧板的质量和性能。而"黑线"缺陷又是两大线状缺陷之一。通过对从武钢现场采集的试样进行模拟轧制试验,对模拟轧制产生的"黑线"缺陷进行数码拍照,观察其形貌,并用能谱仪分析缺陷及四周的夹杂物的成分,然后与正常工艺下冷轧板上的"黑线"缺陷做比较,据此探讨了"黑线"缺陷的形成机理,并提出了减少冷轧板"黑线"缺陷的控制措施。
