| 摘 要： | 软件的可靠性在任何时候都是衡量软件质量的首要指标，其评估涉及模型、方法、工具和条件等方面。随着测控系统中软件成分的不断增加，使得系统对于软件的依赖性越来越强，对软件质量尤其是可靠性的要求也越来越高，本文就此进行了讨论。
