| 摘 要： | 目的探索BiPAP无创式机械通气治疗重症肌无力危象的应用价值。对象和方法收集13例次重症肌无力危象患者,于治疗MC患者BiPAP治疗前、治疗后1小时、治疗后24￣48小时行动脉血气分析,和记录心率、呼吸频率。结果9例患者(69.2%)使用BiPAP治疗而避免气管插管。治疗1小时,24小时后血气分析均明显正常化(P均<0.05),呼吸频率、心率均明显正常化(P均<0.05)讨论对出现MC的重症肌无力(Myasthenia gravis MG)患者可以首先采用BiPAP治疗,大部分MC患者可以避免气管插管。
