| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔、咽、食管烧伤的治疗方法。方法:对2000年3月-2005年12月,采取口服湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗的25例患者进行回顾性资料总结。结果:25例病人均治愈,无创面感染、食管狭窄、腹泻等并发症。结论:MEBO对口腔、咽、食管等上消化道部位黏膜烧伤疗效确切,方法简单易行。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate method for treating oral, pharyngeal and esophageal burn. Method: A summary of the data of the patients treated with MEBO, during the period from March 2000 to December 2005 was made. 25 patients were allowed to suck MEBO in mouth once every 3 hours. The starting dose was 12 to 20 g each time and the dose of MEBO was gradually reduced as the wounds were getting better and finally healed. For children, the dose was reduced according to the case condition. Result: All the patients were cured. No wound infection, no esophagostenosis and no diarrhea happened. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating burn wounds in upper digestive tract such as mouth, pharynx and e-sophagus, etc. It is easy and simple to apply. |
