聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗LASIK术后干眼症的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价聚乙二醇滴眼液对准分子激光原位角膜磨镜术(LASIK)术后干眼症的治疗作用。方法 LASIK治疗的120只眼,随机分为2组:对照组60眼予玻璃酸钠眼药水,试验组60眼予聚乙二醇滴眼液。观察指标包括术前及术后1,2,4周的荧光素(FL)、BUT、Schirmer’sⅠ试验。比较2组间差异。结果各时点2组间FL染色及Schirmer’s I均无显著差异(P均>0.05);术后1,2,4周时,2组BUT均较术前降低(P均<0.05),试验组较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇滴眼液可促进LASIK术后泪膜的恢复,显著缓解其干眼症状。

Abstract:Objective It is to evaluate the effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops on dry eyes after LASIK.Methods One hundred and twenty eyes after LASIK were divided into two groups: control group(60 eyes) was treated with hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops,the test group(60 cases) was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops.FL staining,break-up time(BUT) and Schirmer’s test were observed beforeoperation and in 1,2,4 weeks after operation.Results There was an obvious delay of BUT in test group than that in control group at 1,2,4 week postoperatively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FL staining and Schirmer’s test between both groups at all time-point(P>0.05).Conclusion Polyethylene glycol eye drops can accelerate the recovery of tear film after LASIK,and significantly alleviate the dry eye symptoms.
