针灸治疗偏头痛取穴规律探究

目的总结和分析针灸治疗偏头痛临床对照试验中的十四经腧穴用穴规律。方法搜集近几年来针灸治疗偏头痛的临床报道40篇,对其取穴规律从中医角度进行总结与分析。结果在合格文献中,治疗偏头痛的主穴有10个。10个腧穴分布于6条经和经外奇穴上,其中足少阳胆经用得最多,有3个,其他经上的各有1个。结论偏头痛的临床研究中使用的腧穴、归经主要以足少阳胆经为主,并且多以风池、太阳与率谷相配出现,而配穴则以辨证取穴为主。

Acupuncture point selection rules in the treatment of migraine

Objective It is to summarize and analyze the selection rules of acupuncture point of fourteen channels in the treatment of migraine in controlled clinical trials.Methods 40 reports of acupuncture treatment of migraine in recent years from the point of Chinese Medical view were summarized and analyzed so as to provide the theory basis for points selection in the treatment of migraine.Results In qualified literatures,there were 10 main points that could treat for migraine.They located on six meridians and the extraordinary points,among which meridian Foot Gallbladder was mostly used.There were 3 used points in meridian Foot Gallbladder while there was only one in every other meridian.Conclusion The points and meridian in the clinical trial of migraine mainly located on meridian Foot Gallbladder,while Fengchi,Taiyang and Shuaigu were mostly used together.In addition,points cooperation depends on dialectical method.
