针灸治疗寒饮伏肺型喘证疗效观察

目的观察针灸治疗寒饮伏肺型喘证的临床疗效。方法将120例符合纳入标准的喘证患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例给予针灸治疗,对照组60例给予桂龙咳喘宁胶囊口服,治疗14 d后观察2组总疗效、临床表现积分、肺功能变化及治疗组免疫球蛋白与补体变化情况。结果治疗组在总疗效、临床表现积分、肺功能变化方面均优于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗后治疗组免疫球蛋白与补体IgG水平明显升高(P均<0.05)。结论针灸疗法是治疗寒饮伏肺型喘证的有效手段之一。

Observation of curative effect of acupuncture therapy on asthma syndrome of cold and water blocking lung type

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on asthma syndrome of cold and water blocking lung type.Methods 120 asthma syndrome patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into two groups,there were 60 in the therapy group treated with acupuncture,and 60 in the control group treated with Guilongkechuanning capsule.Total effect and the changes of clinical symptom score and lung function in both groups after 14 days’ treatment were observed,and the changes of immune globulin and complement just in the therapy group were observed too.Results Compared to the control group,total effect,clinical symptom score and lung function were better in the therapy group after treatment,and the levels of immune globulin and IgG in the therapy group increased after treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture is one of a good way to treat for asthma syndrome of cold and water blocking lung type.
