| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨巨细胞瘤的MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的16例骨巨细胞瘤患者的临床及MRI表现。结果：肿瘤在T1WI上以中等信号为主,夹杂低信号或高信号,T2WI上以中等信号为主,夹杂小片状高信号。MRI对软组织蔓延等侵袭性特征的显示明显优于普通X线片及CT。结论：MRI能改善对软组织蔓延等侵袭性特征的评价,可提高对骨巨细胞瘤诊断的准确性,并指导制定治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the MRI findings and their value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:The clinical materials and MRI findings of 16 cases with surgery and pathology proven giant cell tumor of bone (GCT) were retrospectively analyzed.
