青皮注射液联合亚低温治疗局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤的实验研究

目的 :观察青皮注射液联合亚低温对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注的脑保护作用。方法 :采用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,32只大鼠随机分为对照组、青皮组、亚低温组及二者联合治疗组 ;观察各组神经功能缺失体征评分、脑梗死体积。结果 :亚低温、青皮注射液及二者联合治疗组神经功能缺失体征评分 (P <0 .0 5 )、脑梗死体积 (P<0 .0 1 )均明显低于对照组 ;二者联合应用脑梗死体积低于单独应用组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :亚低温、青皮注射液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠有明显脑保护作用 ,二者联合应用效果更佳

Mild Hypothermia Combined With Injection of Qingpi Are Protective Against Infarction During Focal Cerebral Lschemia and Reperfusion

Objective: To investigate the protective effects of mild hypothermia and injection of Qingpi,a traclitional Chinese meclicine during focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Methods: Thirty two rats were randomly divided into control group, mild hypothermia group,Qingpi group and combination therapy group. The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was constructed and the neurologic deficits and the infarct size was observed. Results: Compared with those in control group, the neurologic deficits and the infarct size were significantly less in all treatment groups, and the infarct size of the combination therapy group was the lowest in the other three therapy groups. Conclusion: Injection of Qingpi or mild hypothermia could provide cerebral protective effects during focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and combination of mild hypothermia and hypertension therapy could be superior to monotherapy.
