挖掘机工作装置有限元分析

摘    要:以国产徐工XE135B型反铲液压挖掘机的挖掘集成组件为一体作为研究对象,建立有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件Ansys对工作装置的5种比较典型工况进行静强度分析和模态分析。结果表明:在切向力为85k N的情况下,危险工况1的强度和刚度都满足要求,5种工况的模态分析在激振频率范围内的变形满足要求,为改进挖掘机设计、提高工作寿命及安全性提供理论参考。

Abstract:The working device of domestic Xu Gong XE135 B hydraulic excavator is taken as the object of research. Excavator integration components as a whole are considered,and then finite element model is established. Five fairly typical working statuses are selected,the stiffness,strength and modal analysis is done for assembled working mechanism by software Ansys. The results showthat the strength and stiffness in dangerous condition one meet the requirement. Therefore,this approach will promote the design effectiveness and working stability of hydraulic excavators.
