| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及超声造影在卵巢肿瘤及瘤样病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对比分析50例（其中47例经手术切除、病理证文）卵巢肿瘤及瘤样病变的彩色多普勒干和超声造影表现并与病理诊断结果对照。结果卵巢良恶性病变彩色多普勒和超声造影表现有明显不同，50例卵巢病变中，彩色多普勒超声提示良性病变23例，恶性肿瘤16例，11例不能明确诊断；而超声造影对50例卵巢病变的良恶性全部做出诊断，提示良性病变27例，恶性肿瘤23例，超声造影与手术病理诊断均符合。结论超声造影任显示肿瘤的血流灌注信息方面比彩色多普勒超声更具优势，能进一步提高卯巢肿瘤的早期诊断及鉴别诊断准确性。
