同种异体肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的临床研究

目的探讨关节镜下应用同种异体肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的临床效果。方法选取我院27例近三年来行同种异体肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带患者，回顾性分析手术治疗前后的膝关节功能评分情况和并发症发生情况。结果27例患者术后均未发生严重并发症，所有患者术后随访12个月，Lysholm膝关节功能评分同术前相比较，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论关节镜下应用同种异体肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带具有手术损伤小、术后并发症少、膝关节功能恢复良好的优点。

Clinical Research on Allogeneic Tendon Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Objective To explore the clinical effects of arthroscopic application in allogeneic tendon anterior cruciate ligament recon- struction. Methods 27 cases in our hospital over the last three years trip tendon allograft anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction patients wer- er selected, retrospectively analyzing the surgical treatment of knee function before and after the score and the occurrence of complications. Re- sults None of 27 cases of the patients had serious postoperative complications. All patients were followed up for 12 months. Compared the Lysholm knee function scores between postoperation and preoperation, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic reconstruction of knee tendon allograft anterior cruciate ligament has the advantages of minimal invasion, less post-operative complications, restoreed good knee fimction.
