| 摘 要： | 针对武钢氧气公司空分设备氮气压缩能力不足、无法有效满足内部用户用氮需求的问题,采用合理利用空分设备放散的氮气,并将各空分设备和氮压站的氮气管网连通的改进措施,将空分设备的氮气产能充分利用,减少空分设备的运行时间,满足内部用户的用气需求,取得了节能降耗的效果。

Effective utilization of air separation unit's production capacity |

| Abstract: | The air separation units in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group was not able to meet the domestic user's demands of nitrogen,due to the lack of nitrogen compression capacity of its air separation units at Oxygen Co.,Ltd..In order to solve the problem,effective utilization of the exhaust nitrogen from air separation units has been proposed.The nitrogen pipe network of the air separation units is connected into that of nitrogen compression plants.The utilization of nitrogen production capacity reduces the operating time of the air separation unit,meanwhile it also meets the nitrogen demands of domestic users and decreases the energy consumption. |
