| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄患者耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术的优缺点。方法30例80岁以上良性前列腺增生患者，行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术，观察其术后恢复及并发症。结果22例患者术后均恢复良好，8例出现并发症，经治疗后均治愈。结论耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术对高龄患者仍为可选择的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy for the aged. Methods Thirty cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy, and the results and complications were observed. Results Twenty-two cases recovered well. Eight cases developed complications and were cured ultimately. Conclusion Suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy is a choice for the benign prostatic hyperplasia of the aged. |
