| 摘 要： | 对正常孕妇和妊娠高血压综合征孕妇分娩前后血清钙，镁，磷浓度进行了动态测定。结果表明，妊高征孕妇血清中钙浓度明显低于正常孕妇，差别有显著性。正常孕妇分娩前后血清磷比分娩前显著升高。

| Abstract: | Serum calcium, phosphorus and magnesium were measured in normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome before and after delivery. The result showed: (a) Serum calcium in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was lower than that in normal pregnancy(P<0. 05); (b) Serum phosphorus in normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was higher afrer delivery than before delivery (P<0.05; P<0.01); (c) The difference of serum magnesium was of no significance. |
