摘    要:纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器具有除尘效率高、体积小、电场风速大的优点,但是对其除尘机理缺乏研究。采用流体力学理论和数理方程分析法,研究得出了纵向和横向极板的收尘能力是电场力和气流通过横向极板缝隙产生涡流区造成的,建立并求解产生涡流区的射流数学模型,说明纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器充分利用涡流区的有利影响,其本体结构是合理的。同时推导了荷电粉尘传输的二维数学模型和除尘效率计算式,除尘效率计算结果与实测基本一致,其推理是可靠的。这些研究丰富了电除尘器技术,且有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Electrostatic precipitator with both longitudinal and transverse collecting pole plates has the advantages of high dust collection efficiency,compact structure and great wind velocity of electric field,but its dust collection mechanics hasn't been well studied.It is concluded through the study using fluid mechanics and mathematical equation analysis method that the collection ability of both longitudinal and transverse collecting pole plates is induced by the electric field power and the vortex area produced by the passage of gas flow from the fissure of transverse collecting plate.The mathematical model for the effluxion that produces the vortex area is established and calculated,indicating that this electrostatic precipitator fully utilizes the effect of the vortex area and its constitutional structure is reasonable.Meanwhile,two-dimensional mathematical model for charged dust carrying and the calculation formula for dust collection efficiency are deduced,with the calculated results according basically with those practically measured,illustrating that the reasoning is reliable.The research has enriched the electrostatic dust collection technology and is of practical significance.
