铅电解高电流密度低直流电耗的生产实践

摘    要:分析了影响高电流密度生产时降低铅电解直流电耗的影响因数,提出了降低槽电压和提高电流效率的具体办法。实施后电流密度由150 A/m2提高到200 A/m2时,直流电耗由105 kW.h/t-Pb降低到90 kW.h/t-Pb,达到了增加产量、降低成本、减少能耗的目的。

Abstract:The influence factors of reducing DC power consumption during high current density in lead production were analyzed. The specific methods of reducing cell voltage and increasing current efficiency were produced. After application, the current density was increased from 150 A/m2 to 200 A/m2 , the DC power consumption was decreased from 105 kW. h/t-Pb to 90 kW. h/t-Pb, It achieved the goal of increasing yield, dropping cost and reducing energy consumption.
