摘    要:目的测定假奓包叶叶中没食子酸的含量。方法采用Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(5∶95)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为269nm,以外标法测定假奓包叶叶中没食子酸的含量。结果没食子酸在0.0044~0.2180g.L-1质量浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.6%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于假奓包叶中没食子酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To assay gallic acid in the leaves of Discocleidion rufescens by HPLC.Method A Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water(0.1% phosphoric acid)(5:95)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.In this method,the column temperature was 25 ℃,and UV detector wavelength was 269 nm.Results The linear range of gallic acid was 0.004 4~0.218 0 g·L-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.6%(n=5).Conclusion A simple and accurate quantitative method with good reproducibility to assay gallic acid in the leaves of Discocleidion rufescens has been established.
