| Abstract: | The application of maintenance optimization based on RCM on IDR main facility is discussed in this paper. By analyzing the function of IDR main facility with FEMA method as supporting techniques, the failure modes of IDR main facility have been identified and the prevention of these failure modes have been discussed so as to improve on prevention maintenance , inspection and prediction maintenance. |
