| 摘 要： | 我国需要转移的农村剩余劳动力总量巨大,任何单一途径都不能解决剩余劳动力的就业问题。借鉴刘易斯与托达罗两个不同的劳动力转移理论,我国梯次转移农村剩余劳动力的选择是扩张大中城市就业容量,促进剩余劳动力异地转移;扩张小城镇就业容量,促进剩余劳动力就近转移;依托扩张农业内部就业容量,促进剩余劳动力就地转移。

| Abstract: | A huge surplus of rural labor in China waits to be transferred which defies any single solution.Drawing on the theories of Lewis and Todaro,the author proposes that the transfer of surplus rural labor in China calls for an echelon mode,and efforts must be made to expand employment capacities in medium and large cities,small towns,and the countryside so that the transfer can be carried out across distance,in the neighborhood or on the spot. |
