| 摘 要： | 从人才跨国流动的视域,运用人才流动理论分析亚洲篮坛归化风潮现象。归化球员现象本质是一种以技术移民形式的篮球技能人才跨国流动现象,它是世界发展到一定阶段的社会现象。球类技能人才的跨国流动即受球员对高酬劳、自身实现的追求,输入国家的政治经济需求以及国际环境的开放程度等因素的影响,又要遵循人才流动的饱和度趋衡定律。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the Asian basketball naturalized wave phenomenon foml the perspective of talent mobility by using talent flow theory. Naturalized players phenomenon is e.ssentially a transnational flow- ing phenomenon of basketball skilled talents in the form of skilled migrants, it is the product that the world has developed to a certain stage. Ball skilled talents transnational flow is influenced by such as the pursuit of high rewards and their implementation, political and economic needs of imported country, and open degree of the international environment, and also should comply with saturation balancing law of talents flow. |
