| 摘 要： | 近期我国生态城建设热潮正劲，各种问题也逐渐浮现，有必要检视生态城的建设成效以肯定成绩、发现问题。文章以广州海珠生态城为对象，从游憩绿地可达性角度评价其建设成效，既客观反映海珠区人居环境改善的程度，也为如何对生态城建设效果进行评价作出探索示范。

| Abstract: | The development of Eco-city is heated in our country, and lots of problems are appearing as well. It is necessary to review the actual effects of Eco-city development in order to affirm the achievements and discover the problems. Taking Guangzhou’s Haizhu Eco-city as a subject, assess its effects of development from the angle of the accessibility of leisure green space. It would show how much the development improves the residential environment, as well as showing how to take an assessment to the effects of Eco-city development. |
