碳化硅晶须增强义齿基托挠曲强度的实验研究

摘    要:义齿基托折裂是口腔修复临床中常见的问题之一。为使基托具有最薄的厚度和最大的强度,国内外学者对此进行了大量的理论研究和实验探讨;如利用光弹法、电测法、有限元法等对基托受力时的应力分布进行分析;临床中利用各种增强材料增强义齿基托的强度。作者将碳化硅晶须用于增强基托的挠曲强度,通过实验得到肯定的结论,为临床增强义齿基托的强度开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:The fracture of denture base is a common problem in clinical prosthetics. In order to make the denture base thinner and stronger,a lot of theoretical researches and experimental approaches are carried out by many scholars, both domestically and abroad. For instance, theoretically the tension loaded is analyzed by means of photoe-lastics, electro-measruing method and definite element method. Meanwhile, clinically various materials 'are used to enhance the strength of denture base. The authers introduced SiC whisker into enhancing the strength of denture base, through affirmed conclusions, conduct a new way of enhancing the strength of denture base in clinics.
