Operation optimization of tail gas treatment unit in Puguang natural gas purification plant

Aimed at the practical operation problems of tail gas treatment unit in Puguang natural gas purification plant,the lightening process of hydro-treating heater is optimized by field measurement,chemical analysis,test comparison and other analysis method.The vibration reason of tail gas incinerators is studied and a solution is introduced.After analyzing the chemical compositions of tail gas from chimney,the water content of tail gas is decreased.Excessive sulfur dioxide content of exhausted tail gas is also inhabited by taking measures.The solution of the above problems can guarantee the smooth and efficient running of tail gas treatment unit.
