摘    要:为了分析钻井用大直径高强度连续管性能,对开发的规格为Φ73 mm×4.8 mm和Φ88.9 mm×4.8 mm大直径高强度连续管开展力学性能、塑性性能、微观组织、抗腐蚀性能等多项性能研究与分析。结果表明,两种规格连续管力学性能优良,具有良好的塑性性能,组织均匀且晶粒较细,具有一定的抗腐蚀性能及优良的抗压能力,各项性能指标均符合标准要求,且性能优良,为连续管钻井技术的推广及应用提供了有利保障。

Abstract:In order to analyze the performance of large diameter high strength coiled tube for drilling well, two kinds of the large diameter and high strength coiled tubes with Φ73 mm×4.8 mm and Φ88.9 mm×4.8 mm were developed, and the mechanical performance, the plastic properties, the microstructure and the corrosion resistance of the two kinds of coiled tubes were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the two kinds of coiled tubes had good mechanical properties and plastic properties. The microstructures are uniform and the grain is fine. They had certain corrosion resistance and excellent compressive strength. All the performance indexes meet the standards requirements, and the performances are excellent, providing a favorable guarantee for the popularization and application of the drilling technology of coiled pipe.
