煤矿三违管理信息系统的设计

针对目前煤矿安全管理中职工"三违"行为信息的存储和处理手段落后,安全行为管理的实时性和动态性不足等问题,以安全管理理论为基础,基于Web Services技术,开发了网络化煤矿三违管理信息系统。该系统分为部门和人员管理、"三违"分类管理、"三违"行为信息管理、处罚管理、"三违"查询管理、"三违"统计管理、培训管理、报表管理、系统安全管理等几大模块,通过将部门、人、三违信息等进行规范编码,纳入信息系统,从而实现业务流程数字化,开辟了安全信息传递、管理的新领域。
