| 摘 要： | 思维惰性有许多表现形式,对编辑成长和期刊的发展都是十分有害的。克服编辑的思维惰性,需要通过编辑素质的提高来实现,需要通过编辑自身努力与期刊社的外在帮助来实现。无论是自身努力还是外在帮助,都应从实际出发,以人为本,循序渐进。

| Abstract: | Inert thinking is showed in various ways and does harm to the development of editors and journals.To overcome the inert thinking,the editors need to improve their editing qualification.In addition,the journal office should also offer some help to the editors.No matter what way is adopted,the actual conditions must be considered and the improvement should be done step by step. |
