| 摘 要： | 城市电网应急能力评估技术指标体系是城市电网应急管理的重要组成部分。文中提出了建立城市电网应急能力评估技术指标基本框架的构想，从紧急事件分析、城市电网停电风险、用户停电容忍程度、城市电网恢复能力等方面研究了城市电网应急能力评估技术指标，指出了城市电网应急能力评估技术的发展方向，为我国城市电网应急管理的发展和建设提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The technical assessment index system of emergency management capability is one of the most important components of emergency management in urban power network. In this paper a fundamental framework conception for building technical assessment indices of emergence management capability in urban power network is proposed. In the aspect of emergency case analysis,outage risk of urban power network,tolerance degree of power custormers and power supply restoration capability the technical assessment indices of emergence management capability in urban power network is researched,and the development trend of assessment technique of emergence management capabilty in urban power network is pointed out. Research results of this paper are available for reference to the construction and development of emergence management of urban power networks in China. |
